2. Inspect the interior — attic, ceilings, walls for water trails
3. Identify the entry point — not just where it's dripping, but where it's getting in
4. Explain what we found — in plain terms, with photos if needed
5. Make the repair — properly flashed, sealed, and built to keep water out for good

Most leak calls we can handle the same day or within 48 hours, depending on materials and weather.
